Determined, the Nuggets effortlessly defeated the Grizzlies 105-91, with Nikola Jokic making a triple-double and catching them at the West’s lead.

The Nuggets now – along with the Grizzlies – have the best record in the West. Denver faced Desmond Bain-less Memphis without Jamaal Murray and Michael Porter, but that didn’t stop them from clinching a comfortable 105-91 win to join the Bears in a 19-11 lead in the West.

Nikola Jokic’s 13 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists controlled everything in the game, with Aaron Gordon leading the winners with 24 points and Bruce Brown adding 16 points as the Nuggets ran 22-6, 35-14 on the first night, them even got to +23 and never looked back.

For the Grizzlies, Ja Morad has improved to 35 points, with Dillon Brooks adding 11 points (but on 5/14 shooting).
