Sun’s timeout crash, Monty Williams fights with Ayton
Sentiment in the Suns does not appear to be good, the latest evidence comes in the game against the Wizards where there is VIDEO of Monty Williams getting into a timeout fight with DeAndre Ayton.
The Suns are going through a strange period of ups and downs in their performance, culminating in their 110-113 home loss to the 10-game losing streak Wizards. The worst thing is that little by little other things come to the surface.
What drew the most attention in the game against the Wizards was that Monty Williams and DeAndre Ayton were fighting during a timeout with a VIDEO circulating of them arguing and lots of people commenting on it.
After the fight, Williams tried to downplay the matter, saying these things happen. “It wasn’t just Diandre, it was all the players who didn’t do what they were supposed to. There was irritation, but these things happen, it wasn’t an isolated case involving just one player.” he said characteristically, though the world recalled that the two men didn’t get along very well as their relationship had apparently been strained since last year’s playoffs when Williams hit Ayton in the second half of Game 7 of the second round Mavericks benched in a match that marked the elimination of the Suns.
