Kevin Durant’s injury: what he has and when he returns to the Brooklyn Nets
Durant left the game in between Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat on Sunday January 8 following Jimmy Butler landed on his right legin a play in which Miami’s perimeter clearly had no intention of hurting K.D.

The Nets were quick to report that Durant was going to do so lose the rest of the gameaffected by a right knee injurywithout giving further details about it.
In the in the next few hours there will be studies for KD and although there are no details yet on the severity of the problem, no doubt the alarms have gone off in Brooklynconsidering Durant’s importance as an MVP-caliber player and his own history of serious injuries.
The Nets, through their coach Zach Vaughn, reported it on Monday there will be an appeal for Durant.
Vaughn said Durant will likely have an MRI on Monday.
