See how the NBA East and West rankings are doing according to the latest results. Only the Nuggets are first at the West’s lead with the Grizzlies behind them, the Hawks and Kings moving up.
The Nuggets narrowly beat the struggling Wolves to stay on top of the West, with the Grizzlies still within striking distance after their win over the Cavaliers.
At the same time, the Hawks moved up to No. 8 in the East after beating the Mavericks, while the Kings are now No. 3 in the West after beating the Lakers in LA.
