See how the NBA East and West rankings are doing according to the latest results. The Celtics remain first in the East, while the Warriors fell to 9th in the West

The Celtics edged out the Warriors 121-118 in overtime and continue to enjoy a comfortable lead at the top of the East while the Sixers caught up with the Bucks for second place in the conference after beating the Blazers.

In the West, the Wolves moved up to 7th place after defeating the Raptors, with the Warriors dropping to 9th place due to their loss in Boston, and the Suns dropping past the Blazers to 11th place due to their win over the Nets advanced.
