Lakers take on Rui Hachimura, send Kendrick Nunn to Washington
The swap, sending Rui Hachimura from the Wizards to the Lakers and Kendrick Nunn from Los Angeles to Washington, is complete.
Rui Hachimura is moving from Washington to Los Angeles for the Lakers. To complete the move, the Harbormen sent Kendrick Nunn and three second-round draft picks to the Wizards.
The 24-year-old forward from Japan had all but announced his departure from the Wizards after stating he didn’t feel the team really wanted him.
This season, Hachimura is averaging 13 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 30 games, while Nan, who was included in the said trade and will change environment, has 6.7 points, 1.4 rebounds in 39 games with the Lakers.
