NBA All-Star 2023: Confirmed players led by LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo

The nba confirmed this Thursday January 26 at 10 Players Who Will Start in the 2023 NBA All-Star Gamewhich will take place in Salt Lake City. Furthermore, it was defined that LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo will be the captains of the teambeing the most voted by the audience of the Western and Eastern Conferences, respectively.

The chosen ones besides the captains? Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic, Zion Williamson and Nikola Jokic to the west and Kyrie Irving, Donovan Mitchell, Kevin Durant and Jayson Tatum from the East.

The selection system for these stars is as follows: the public vote represents 50% of the total for each playeradded to his 25% NBA teammates and another 25% of specialized press.

It is worth remembering that for the first time since the implementation of the All-Star system plan, it will take place 30 minutes before the match and not days before as was usually the case. There, James and Antetokounmpo will pick first four appetizers to accompany them in their quintetsand then select it seven substitutes.

The 14 substitutes which will complete it roster will be announced later Thursday, February 2.

NBA All-Star 2023 will be held in Salt Lake City, home of the Utah Jazz. The weekend of the stars will start the Friday 17th and will end on Sunday 19th February.

The stadium where the 2023 All-Star Game will be held will be the capacity Vivint Arena 18,300 people.
