The Suns’ 8-0 winning streak ended at dawn on Saturday in Phoenix, where the Pelicans picked up a big 117-102 win over Devin Booker’s team. McCollum took the lead for the visitors and with 32 personal points settled the match and “shocked” the Suns, who are now at 49-11.
The Pelicans improved their psychology with this big win, along with their NBA record as they now stand at 24-36. Top scorers in the winners were McCollum with 32 points, Ingram with 28 points and Valenciunas with 18 points and 17 rebounds. For the Suns, Devin Booker had 30 points and Eaton had 20.
