With 18 points from Jayson Tatum and another 12 from Jaylen Brown in that first quarter, Boston sealed the game and once again showed why they have the best record in the NBA today.

The rest of the match was unnecessary and only served to make the Celtics shine against a Brooklyn is literally sleeping on defense.

Tatum finished with 31 points and 9 rebounds in 29 minutes, while Jaylen Brown followed with 26 points. Between them they shot 14 of 24 on 3-pointers for a local team that finished with a superb 26 of 54 shooting from three.

The 26 triads represent the second-best mark all-time for Bostonthey just surpassed the 27 they got in the same campaign against the New York Knicks.
