NBA
East and West rankings after Celtics win over Nets and Warriors lose to Grizzlies
Here’s how the two NBA Regionals fared based on the results of Wednesday’s games. How far the Celtics have escaped competition in the East and how the Kings are now threatening the Grizzlies.
The Boston Celtics still hold the reins of the NBA’s Eastern Conference, helped by the fact that they found the Nets barefoot and beat them at home. On the other hand, the Sixers are waiting to overtake the in-form Bucks again if they get the chance.
In the West, the situation is just as fluid, with the Grizzlies losing to the Blazers and the third-place Kings coming their way. At the same time, the Warriors and Suns lost ground to the Jazz.
