Fred VanVleet and Pascal Siakam are both at odds over Saturday night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, according to our sister station TSN.
Fresh from his all-star appearance, VanVleet is said to be suffering from knee discomfort, while Siakam is said to be battling a non-COVID-19 virus.
We already know that the Raptors will be without OB Anunoby for the second consecutive night, the one who broke a finger.
Before the All-Star break, VanVleet was already battling that knee pain. On Friday, he played 29 minutes in Charlotte, taking just eight points in a 125-93 loss.
Shiakam played against the Hornets despite suffering from flu symptoms. He was also reduced to eight points, all in 27 minutes of play.
