Luka Doncic’s Dallas Mavericks are desperate for reinforcements and have signed five players
Competition in the Western Conference is fierce, and as such, the Dallas Mavericks are looking for a way to add a key regional league to their roster to help out Luka Doncic.
They sit 4th in the West with a 28-25 record and currently appear capable of staying in the top 6 leading directly to the playoffs, but the Mavericks are quite “uneasy” when they do heading towards the February 9 trading deadline.
Kyrie Irving has been in their sights since he requested a trade with the Brooklyn Nets, but Dallas officials fear both his character and mindset, as well as the chemistry he may (or may not) have with Luka Doncic, given that they both players are in need of the ball in their hands.
The Mavericks are also interested in the two Bogdanovics, Bojan from the Detroit Pistons (half the league wants him) and Bogdan from the Atlanta Hawks, they like Fred VanVleet from the Toronto Raptors, Zach LaVine from the Chicago Bulls, and logic says so either way, they’ll be refreshing their list soon.
