The poor start didn’t stop the Knicks from throwing a complete upset and injuring the Sixers by winning 108-97 at Madison Square Garden.

Despite entering the match very sluggishly and losing early by 21 points (12-33, 9’30”), the Knicks completely turned the tide and beat the Sixers 108-97, slowing down the eighth consecutive away wins that the Doc Rivers team ran.

Julius Randle did a little of everything for New York, finishing with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, while Jalen Brunson followed with 21 points. Evan Fournier scored 17 points. RJ Barrett did not compete due to a virus. On the other hand, Joel Embiid stood out with 31 points, 14 rebounds, 3 assists but also 5 errors.
