Maccabi will not lose Sorkin to another EuroLeague team until 2025
Maccabi Tel Aviv’s shirt will be worn by Roman Sorkin (1996, 2m08) until 2025, who prematurely renewed his association with the national team.
Roman Sorkin (1996, 2m08) sees his future either in Maccabi Tel Aviv or across the Atlantic, which is why he made NBA exit the only condition of his new contract with the national team.
The 26-year-old Israeli forward is arguably having his best season this year, averaging 7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1 assist in 21 EuroLeague games (4 as a starter) and just over 17 minutes per competition.
Maccabi, realizing his progress and wanting to keep him in her main body, rushed to offer him a new contract that expires in 2025.
