Tatum swept the Pistons, Bulls and Kings comfortably
With Jayson Tatum stopping at 34 points, the Celtics overtook Detroit and beat the Pistons 111-99. Victories for bulls, kings and cavaliers.
Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart were out for the Celtics against the Pistons. But Boston had Jayson Tatum and that was enough to drive them to a 99-111 win in Detroit.
The all-star forward had a great night, taking his team by the hand with 34 points and 11 rebounds, especially when the “Pistons” came back from -23 in the 4th quarter. Derrick White followed with 23 points, Malcolm Brogdon added 16 points.
The Pistons had Bojan Bogdanovic on 21 points, Killian Hayes on 17 points and Jaden Ivey on 14 points.

Rockets – Kings 120-140
The Kings have been volatile lately. Still, they found a way to earn a comfortable 120-140 win over the worst team in the NBA and improve their record to 29-23.
Keegan Murray’s 30 points on 8/12 3-point shooting led the way for the winners, with Malik Monk adding 20 points and Domantas Sabonis adding 17 points and 10 assists.
With the Rockets, Jaylen Green had 27 points, Kenyon Martin had 18 points, and Eric Gordon had 16 points.

Bulls – Spurs 128-104
One blowout was more than enough for the Bulls against the Spurs, and Chicago rode to an easy 128-104 win. The game was a derby for almost three periods until a 23-3 partial run by the home side helped them escape 108-88 and never look back.
Nikola Vucevic was the winners’ leader with 22 points and 12 rebounds, with Andre Drummond adding 21 points and 15 rebounds, Zach LaVine 20 points and DeMar DeRozan 19 points.
For the Spurs, Keldon Johnson had 21 points and Malachi Branham had 15 points (but 6/18 shooting).

The Cavaliers found the Wizards without Bradley Beal, Kyle Kuzma and showed no mercy. Playing as much as needed, they prevailed 91-114, their fourth win in their last five games.
Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen each had 23 points for the winners, with Donovan Mitchell adding 21 points.
With the Wizards, Kristaps Porzingis had 18 points and Will Burton had 15 points.

The Mavericks didn’t have Luka Doncic against Jazz. They don’t have – yet – Kyrie Irving to debut in their next game. And none of that…didn’t matter at all as the lackluster Dallas caused an upset in Utah, beating the Jazz 111-124.
Josh Green and Jaden Hardy each had 29 points for the winners, with Tim Hardaway adding 17 points (on 5/16 shooting).
In the Jazz, Jordan Clarkson had 26 points, Lauri Markkanen had 19 points, and Walker Kessler had 13 points and 9 rebounds.
