LeBron James hits record but is questionable against Thunder
The odds are 50-50 that LeBron James will play at Lakers – Thunder this morning as the NBA’s injury report makes him questionable.
He needs 36 points to overtake Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and become the NBA regular season leading scorer (he is the all-time regular and postseason leading scorer as of 2/13/2022), but LeBron James won’t given that he will play at dawn (05:00) in the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
King James is considered questionable (50% to play – 50% to sit out), with the Los Angeles Lakers under pressure as they sit 13th in the West with a 25-29 record, while the Thunder are 25th -28 in 12th place record. The Lakers’ next opponents are the Milwaukee Bucks in the early hours of Friday (October 2nd) at 5:00 a.m.
