Jae Crowder ended up with the Brooklyn Nets, but he won’t play for them
Yes, Crowder ended up with the Brooklyn Nets in a trade for Kevin Durant, but he won’t play at the Barclays Center.
Jae Crowder was one of the players included in the package the Phoenix Suns sent to the Brooklyn Nets to close the trade with Kevin Durant. However, the 32-year-old forward won’t play at the Barclays Center as it seems obvious his goal in Brooklyn is to completely rebuild and irrigate the team with fresh blood.
This news indirectly (also) affects the Milwaukee Bucks, who – as has been known for some time – are interested in the experienced striker. Adrian Wojnarowski noted that the Brooklyn Nets are expected to review the data for a trade within the next few hours before the close of trading.
The question is what can tease Brooklyn, as it’s clear the 32-year-old forward is mostly occupied by ring-aimed teams.
