The Grizzlies defeated the Spurs 118-105, with Another Planet’s Ja Morand setting a new career record with 52 points.

Ja Morand proved once again on the floor that he’s in amazing shape. With a career-high 52 points, he took the Grizzlies by the hand and led them to a 118-105 win over the Spurs in Memphis. The young guard were unstoppable, scoring in every imaginable and unlikely way and culminating in a mad streak after a pass from across Adams’ field.

Now the Grizzlies are up to 43-20, third in the West, while the Spurs are 12th in the same region with a 24-38 record. With the exception of Morand, Melton stood out with 15 points with the Grizzlies, while Walker had 22 and Murray had 21 points with the Spurs.
