Jordan leaves, Augustine comes to the Lakers
The Lakers’ poor image of late has prompted changes for the Los Angeles team as ESPN’s Adrian Voinarovski says DeAndre Jordan is at the exit door and Dee Jay Augustin will fill the gap.
The Lakers are not having their best season as the team’s image has forced its people to make changes. According to ESPN’s Adrian Voinarovski, DeAndre Jordan is on his way from Los Angeles and the void will be filled by Dee Jay Augustin.
Jordan, 33, has signed a $2.6million contract with the Lakers this season but it seems that will soon be a thing of the past. The Sixers have expressed interest in taking him on, ESPN reports, in a bid to bolster their position at center.
The gap Jordan will leave in the Lakers roster will be filled by Augustine, according to Voinarovski, who played 34 games for the Rockets this season.
