The maximum number of points was set in 2017, in New Orleans, when Anthony Davis stood out in front of the local crowd with 52 goals.

Here are the highest scores in NBA All-Star Game history.

1. Anthony Davis – 52 points

In the highest-scoring game in All-Star history, the West defeated the East behind 52 points, 10 rebounds and 2 steals from Anthony Davis, who was playing at home at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

2. Stephen Curry – 50 points

He Chef Curry excelled at the 2022 All-Star Game in Cleveland, near his hometown of Akron. He won his first All-Star Game MVP award by adding 50 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks in Team LeBron’s 163-160 win over Team Durant. Curry set a record by making 16 3-pointers in 27 attempts.

3. Wilt Chamberlain – 42 points

The perennial 100-point game record holder, Chamberlain scored 42 points in 1962 on 17-of-23 field goal attempts. Additionally, he pulled down 24 rebounds in the East’s 130-150 loss.

4. Russell Westbrook – 41 points

In the same game where Anthony Davis set the record, Westbrook, who was a substitute in that game, scored 41 points (most for a substitute) in less than 20 minutes, with 7 three-pointers, 5 rebounds and 7 assists.

4. Paul George – 41 points

In 2016, before suffering his gruesome leg injury and becoming Indiana’s devastating power forward, Paul George hit the 41-point mark, shooting 9-of-19 on 3-pointers, setting an All-Star game record from the perimeter. It was a loss for the East by Curry, Westbrook and Kevin Durant.

4. Russell Westbrook – 41 points

In 2015, the OKC point guard had already managed to score the same amount that, at the time, ranked him as the second leading All-Star scorer. That time, Russell had 41 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals and 5 three-pointers in the West’s 163-158 win.
