Lakers subdue struggling Warriors away, unstoppable Markkanen

The Lakers returned in perfect fashion after the 2023 All-Star Game break, defeating the Warriors 124-111. Detailed results of the night in the NBA.

Eight players scored double-digit goals as the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Golden State Warriors 124-111 in their first game after the 2023 All Star Game. Last year’s champions continue to suffer away from home, notching just 7 wins in 30 such games.

Utah freshman Malik Beasley led with 25 points while Austin Reaves added 17 from the bench. LeBron James had 13 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists in just 26’19” of ground time. The only downside for the Lakers was an injury (sprained right leg) by DeAngelo Russell in the first period.
