Surgery Harris loses rest of season to Nets
Without Joe Harris, the Nets will continue for the remainder of the season as the 30-year-old guard/forward will undergo an arthroscopy in his left ankle.
The Nets’ hopes of Joe Harris’ return were dashed as the 30-year-old shooter underwent surgery on his left ankle to solve the problem he’s been facing. This will be the second time Harris has walked through the operating room door, which will incapacitate him for the remainder of the season.
According to the Nets team, the veteran peripheral player “was trying to get back to action and work hard, but his doctors suggested he should have surgery to solve the problem of his injury”.
In 14 games this season with the Nets, Harris averaged 11.3 points with a 46.6% accuracy on three-pointers.
