Durant and Booker grabbed the big double for the Suns at the deadly Doncic’s home
The Suns drove to a 130-126 win over Dallas in a game where the details were decided. Durant and Booker combined for 73 points for the Suns, who sealed the win after Luka Doncic’s missed layup with 6 minutes left.
The Suns confirmed their form at the Mavericks’ home turf as they recorded a third straight win thanks to 130-126 and closed the gap to third-place West.
Since Kevin Durant was activated, the Suns have played with a different level of confidence, and that’s helping them win games they could otherwise lose. KD was great alongside Devin Booker as he finished the game with 37 shooting points at 12.17 while also grabbing 7 rebounds. He was the one who hit a very big shot, a class shot, for 128-126.
His new Dioskouros, on the other hand, scored 36 points on 15/25 shooting while also being a creator with 10 assists and +17 on floor.
The Mavericks could have a second chance at a win in overtime as Luka Doncic leveled the game with an easy layup while making a 6-second save. Only that the ball played a bad game for him and landed instead of in the net, he went out. The result of this was that the home team did not equal at 128-128 and Durant shot on shots to drop the finals titles.
Overall, the Slovenian Cowboys superstar was shotless despite 34 points (34 points on shooting Aug. 23 – 1/9 3 points) and lacked imagination (4 assists). However, he had an insatiable appetite for meeting Booker face to face.
