Dirk Nowitzki’s 2011 epic as he led the Mavericks to the championship and became Finals MVP against the Heat of LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh was voted the best European moment in NBA history.
The specific moment was voted on as an “All-Time European Moment” by European fans and a committee of European media, influencers and celebrities as part NBA €75 Vote.
Second place was Pau Gasol’s performances with the Lakers in 2008-2010, while third place was Giannis Antitokoumbo’s 50th place finish in Game 6 of last year’s NBA Finals, which sealed the Bucks championship .
