They shocked the Kings in Game 6 with the Warriors at Golden State, hitting 17 three-pointers and, led by Monk and Fox, won 1118-99 against the Warriors and sent the series to Sacramento in Game 7.

The best series of this year’s first round of the playoffs gets the final it deserves: it will be decided in Game 7. The Kings made sure of that by showing character, overcoming their loss at home in Game 5 and winning 99-118 at the Golden State in Game 6! Now they have a chance to take out the defending champion in Sacramento.

Malik Monk came off the bench with 28 points to give the Kings a much-needed boost – as he’s done all season – while DeAaron Fox (who plays with a broken index finger on his left shooting hand) has 26 points and 10 Assists Keegan Murray added 15 points (but 5/17 shooting) and 12 rebounds and Kevin Herter and Trey Lyles added 12 points each.

With the Warriors, Steph Curry had 29 points and Klay Thompson had 22 points (but on shooting 8/20) but they had little help from their teammates as only Andrew Wiggins (13 points) was in double digits.
