The game was midway through the fourth quarter when Embiid attempted to catch a James Harden pass, drawing a foul from Jaylen Brown. The detail; In order not to hit himself, he accidentally stepped on William’s head in a terrifying moment. Williams immediately clutched his face and looked in pain as his nose bled. However, it was the repetition of the phase that startled everyone, as everyone realized what had happened.
