Russell Westbrook, known for his particular stylistic choices, made the difference again after appearing at a Lakers press conference wearing a t-shirt his 5-year-old son made for him for his birthday.

Russell Westbrook is used to attracting attention with his clothing choices. He did so after the Lakers’ game with the Cavaliers (131-120 win for the LA team). Only this time his choice was made for personal reasons.

The Lakers star wore a T-shirt with childlike paintwork. But it wasn’t just any painting, and it wasn’t a blouse either. It was a t-shirt that his 5-year-old son Noah made for him and gave him for his birthday. And Westbrook didn’t hide his pride, his face beaming as he described the blouse.

My son gave me the shirt I’m wearing for my birthday. He designed it for me and made it from cashmere material. It must have cost a lot of money, I don’t know where he found it, but still. Westbrook said jokingly at first, adding while pointing to the jersey: “That’s me, here it is, the sun and some clouds. “She has a love for the arts and I wanted to show her, so she knows I got it.”
