Ebid and Harden “vacate” – without LeBron, Davis – Lakers in LA
With Joel Ebid and James Harden on 54 points, the Sixers had a tough time getting through LA and — without LeBron James and Anthony Davis — the Lakers prevailed 126-121.
Joel Ebid had the familiar… fare that followed the trio of James Harden, Tyrese Maxi and Tobias Harris, but even so, the Sixers were strong enough to go 121-126 – excluding LeBron and Davis – Lakers in LA.
In a strange game, Philadelphia got the upper hand from the second third and even reached +14 in the third. However, he put the Lakers in the game when Harden temporarily left and ended up having to sweat to win.
Ebid was the winners’ leader with 30 points and 10 rebounds, with Harden adding 24 points, Maxi adding 21 points and Harris adding 20 points.
At the Lakers, Russell Westbrook and Dwight Howard each had 24 points, Malik Monk had 23 points, and Carmelo Anthony had 20 points.
