The emotional Jamal Murray broke down in tears when asked to speak just before the championship was presented to the Nuggets after reminiscing about his journey to the moment of ultimate redemption.
Jamal Murray has waited two years for this moment. When the Nuggets won the championship after beating the Heat in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, he couldn’t take it. As she took the podium, she collapsed and burst into tears.
