Lakers NBA Champion Admits To Suicide
Shooting guard Dion Waiters, who was on the Lakers championship team in 2020, made a confession that he struggled with depression and admitted that he was suicidal at the time.
“I just didn’t enjoy it. I had thoughts of leaving, but I have children. It is better to be unhappy for life than to leave your children without a father.
I didn’t want to see anyone, everyone was always asking something. As for finance, I am alone. I am the backbone of the family. It was difficult. Sometimes I slept all day. I had nothing to deal with. “It’s an internal struggle,” said the 31-year-old actress.
Waiters has not played in the NBA since 2020 but is now determined to return to the league. He played in 419 league games in total and averaged 13.1 points and 2.8 assists in 28 minutes on the field.
