The Oklahoma City Thunder have decided to release Gabriel Deck, a development that will whet the appetite for the “big wallets” of the EuroLeague.

On the night of Tuesday, January 4th, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Utah Jazz entered into an exchange that, of course, goes into the NBA. The reason has to do with the fact that Miyye Oni (with immediate release) and a second round draft pick of 2028 that landed in Oklahoma City were at stake. For its part, Utah has saved some money and opened a position on the squad that can be filled in the coming days.

But the major was different and had to do with Oklahoma City’s decision to release Gabriel Deck – a fact that came as an evolution of the aforementioned exchange.

The 27-year-old forward has been deposed from his team and will be officially free in 48 hours to look for the next leg of his career in a season that averages just 2.6 points and 0.9 rebounds in the NBA .

This fact, of course, automatically whets the appetite in the “big purses” of the EuroLeague, unless Gabriel Deck makes the decision to close the NBA door and return to Europe. Where its proportions remain extremely high.
