The Dallas Mavericks will probably have to do without Luka Doncic for the second round of the playoffs against the Utah Jazz on Monday, according to ESPN’s Adrian Voinarowski.

The star player is suffering from a calf injury. His absence is not confirmed, but it would be very strange if he attends the meeting according to Wojnarowski.

Doncic took part in a light shooting on Sunday. “Yesterday was another good day and today he is back on the floor,” Mavericks coach Jason Kidd said of the Slovene’s progress.

In the absence of number 77 in the first game, the Jazz beat the Mavericks 99-93 on Saturday to take control of the series one game to zero.
