Following the confirmed absence of Kyle Lowry, the Miami Heat announced that they will have to cope without Jimmy Butler for Game 5 against the Atlanta Hawks.

Butler will not be available for the game due to a right knee injury. The 32-year-old veteran had quite the No. 4 game on Sunday, with 36 points and 10 rebounds. He also did a colossal defensive job against Trae Young.

In four games so far, Butler has averaged 30.6 points per game, along with 7.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.8 steals.

The Heat will have the opportunity to eliminate the Hawks in front of their fans on Tuesday night.

LaVine in the NBA protocol COVID-19

If the Chicago Bulls manage to force a 6-on-1 game against the Milwaukee Bucks, they will have to do so without Jacques LaVine.

The Athletic reports that the team has placed the 27-year-old under the health and safety protocol.

The 5th match between the two teams is scheduled for Wednesday night in Milwaukee.

In four games against the Bucks, Lavigne averages 19.3 points and 6.0 assists, averaging 38.3 minutes per game.
