Seventh win in a row for Butler’s Heat, who also overcame the Nets’ hurdle
Jimmy Butler’s Miami Heat remain strong, overcoming the Brooklyn Nets hurdle 122-115 and earning their seventh straight win.
After a bad start (1:4), the Miami Heat have picked up speed again and can hopefully record seven positive results in a row after their 122:115 home win over the Brooklyn Nets. Of course, Erik Spoelstra’s team – and the Charlotte Hornets – have yet to achieve a double-digit lead in any of their victorious games.
Jimmy Butler was once again the Heat’s star as he scored 36 points – 18 of them in the third period – on 10/14 2-pointers, 2/5 3-pointers, 10/11 shooting, 5 rebounds and 3 assists , 3 blocks and 4 errors in 34’34” of participation. But Duncan Robinson also showed a very good performance and scored 26 points with 6/10 three-pointers. Bam Adebayo followed with 20 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists.
On the Nets side, Michael Bridges stood out with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 final passes, as did Lonnie Walker, who scored another 23 points.
