Kiefer Sykes made it to the end of the season with the Indiana Pacers
Kiefer Sykes, to whom the Pacers accepted a guaranteed contract after their ten-day collaboration, will remain an Indian until the end of the season.
Kiefer Sykes had 16.7 points (42.1% on threes, 85.7% on shots), 3.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists per 37.6 minutes in the last three games of his ten-day contract. The Pacers suffered many losses to the Cavaliers, the Nets and the Knicks, but the 28-year-old American made it. He convinced agents on the Indianapolis team that he could help them and they offered him a guaranteed contract until the end of the current season.
In the New York Knicks loss, Sykes scored 22 points (4/8 two points, 4/8 three points, 2/3 shots), racked up four rebounds, shared six assists, stole a ball and made only one mistake in 37 : 54, with Justin Holliday, Dwayne Washington, Domandas Samponis and Miles Turner next to him in the wings. Against the Irving Nets, Harden, Durand had 18 points of 4/6 two points, 2/4 three points and 4/4 shots, three rebounds and five assists in 39:45.
Before the Pacers, Sykes was a member Austin Spurs, Anyang, Ankara, Scandone, Guangzhou Long Lions, Olympia Milan, Turk Telekom, Panathinaikos for one month during the 2020/21 season, South East Melbourne and Fort Wayne Man.
