DeMarcus Cousins in the Denver Nuggets, alongside Nikola Jokic
From Milwaukee to Las Vegas and from there to Denver, DeMarcus Cousins to speak to the Nuggets, sign a ten-day deal, and hope to stay with them until the end of the season.
A few days after his release from the Bucks, DeMarcus Cousins was packing his suitcase to move from his home in Las Vegas, Denver. There he meets the Nuggets and if everything goes smoothly during their discussion, he signs a ten-day contract in order to secure a place in the Svolos squad until the end of the current season.
The veteran center, who had 9.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists and a steal every 16.9 minutes in 17 games with the Bucks in 38 days, knows that he can offer quality time behind Nikola Jokic a championship in the West region and hopes that he will reach the final, although he first has to “survive” the ten-day contract, sign a second and claim a contract until the summer.
