It has been nearly three years since Jose Manuel Calderon last wore the jersey for the Cleveland Cavaliers. However, his ties to the organization remained strong, as revealed on Friday afternoon, January 14.
Cleveland announced the return of its former point guard, but this time in an administrative position. In particular, the former Playmaker will be a special advisor to the organization’s management, looking to use his experience and…eye to help on issues related to the operations and day-to-day life of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Jose Manuel Calderon spent fourteen (14) seasons in the NBA, playing for seven different organizations and averaging 8.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists in his 895 appearances.
