NBA, Brooklyn Nets: Relief for Kevin Durand but no timetable for a return to action
The Brooklyn Nets reported that Kevin Durand twisted his left knee in the win over the New Orleans Pelicans, but didn’t say a return plan for the 33-year-old forward.
The Brooklyn Nets were relieved that Kevin Durant was injured in the game against the New Orleans Pelicans. The 33-year-old forward had to leave the field in the middle of the second period due to a problem in his left knee, but his (initial) fears were only confirmed at the antenna.
At least that shows from the Brooklyn Nets that “Kevin Durand is expected to return to full activity after a period of recovery. Updates regarding his return will be provided on a case-by-case basis“.
However, according to Adrian Voinarowski, Kevin Durand’s return is set within the organization for four to six weeks. This season, “KD” has averaged 29.3 points (37.2% of them on threes), 7.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists.
