NBA, Joseph Blair: The former tall PAOK man will coach the Washington Wizards
The coronavirus cases on the Washington Wizards technical staff put former PAOK grandman Joseph Blair in the position to coach the game with the Philadelphia Sixers.
Joseph Blair’s name may not mean much to many. He is a big man who wore the PAOK jersey at the beginning of the millennium (2000-’01) and played alongside players such as Panagiotis Liadelis, George Sigalas, Angelos Koronios and Claudio Koldebella.
At 2:10, he dominated near the basket averaging 8.8 points and 10.4 rebounds in the A1, while having even better numbers in the five games he played in the EuroLeague (13.2 points , 13.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks).
Joseph Blair began his coaching career in 2013 when he first coached the Washington Wizards game with the Philadelphia Sixers. The coronavirus cases in the workforce have left both Wes Anseld Jr. and Pat Delaney out of action, with the former PAOK player – due to the circumstances – taking the reins to complete the mission.
