LeBron and Johnson clear for Lakers, 101-95 win over Jazz
The Lakers, who defeated the Jazz 101-95 in Los Angeles, ended a three-game losing streak in a night dominated by LeBron James and Stanley Johnson.
In a derby match from start to finish, the Lakers ended a three-game losing streak with a 101-95 home win over the Jazz. Stanley Johnson was the face of the night and rightly so as he was the hammer for the Los Angeles team, taking 15 points and 8 points in the last 12 minutes to take advantage of the opportunities that presented themselves despite his ten-day contract bot.
As usual, LeBron James was good, leading the standings with 25 points, while Westbrook stood out positively with 15 points and a decisive last-minute basket.
For jazz, it was failure that determined the outcome. The Utah team had very poor shooting rates (36.9% shooting in training) while they were stuck at 12/46 threes. Top scorer was Conley with 20 points while Gomber had 19-16 rebounds.
