Booker was unstoppable, finishing the game on 43 points with 16/28 shots (2/6 three points), 9/11 shots and 12 rebounds and taking his team by the hand. He was closely followed by Chris Paul with 21 points and Bismak Bigombo with 12 points, for a Phoenix who got away 18-39 in the first period but saw the Jazz reduce to 48-50 in the second so he eventually was compelled to victory.

For the Jazz, Jordan Clarkson had 26 points, with Mike Conley and Hassan Whiteside each adding 16 points.
