The government authorized the sale of low-alcohol beverages during the game, which FC Porto won 1-0, subject to conditions set out in 17 clauses. Three ministers signed the official order: Minister of Internal Administration Luís Neves, Minister of Health Ana Paula Martins, and Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Margarida Balseiro Lopes.
