Emelianenko, who lost 20 kg, gave advice on proper nutrition

Russian fighter Alexander Emelianenko posted a video on his Telegram channel in which he gave advice on proper nutrition.

– You constantly ask me how to get rid of extra pounds, how to lose weight, how to pump up the press. Abs is primarily a diet. Watch what you eat: eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, give dinner to an enemy. In the morning – carbohydrates, at lunch – a balanced diet, in the evening try to eat less so that you do not have heartburn at night. When I arrived at the training camp, I weighed 135 kg, lost weight in two months, now – 111.5 kg. Everything is in your hands, watch yourself,” said Emelianenko.

Emelianenko on September 24 in Moscow will hold a boxing match with Vyacheslav Datsik. Alexander has 28 wins, nine losses and a draw in mixed martial arts. The last time the fighter fought in MMA was in November 2021, losing ahead of schedule to the Brazilian Marcio Santos. After that, Emelianenko defeated Jeff Monson in a bare-knuckle fight in February.
