Former Ruiz coach warns Joshua against Fury fight
Manny Roblesformer coach of former world heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz (35-2, 22 KOs) explains why Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) should not fight next year to WBC belt holder Tyson Fury (32-0) -1 , 23 KO).
“I don’t think it would be wise for Joshua to fight Tyson Fury right now. I think it would be better for him to have a fight or two. If he’s planning to fight Tyson Fury, I’d look at opponents with more or less similar boxing style.
Before fighting an opponent like Fury, you need to prepare for such a fighter. After all, Tyson is the heavyweight leader,” Robles said in an interview with YouTube channel iD Boxing.
It was previously reported that Joshua accepted Fury’s generous offer.
