Golovashchenko lost to Zhelezny Puki unlucky, Dovbyshchenko fought with the Poles
At the passenger weight limit (up to 90.7 kg) in a Bosnian-German city of Falkensee Edin Puhalo (22-1, 21 KOs) beat the Ukrainian guard with no luck Romana Golovashchenko (21-6, 19 KOs). Local media claim that the vacant WBA European title is in jeopardy.
The fight is very open and ended in the beginning. Golovashchenko surrendered at the end of the 2nd round. “Iron Puki” promised to avenge the Ukrainian if Roman asked.
Heavyweight contender (over 90.7 kg) at a boxing evening in Rudu-Slańsk (Poland) Damian Knyba (9-0.5 KOs) passed the Ukrainian journeyman without any problems Konstantin Dovbyshchenko (9-11-1, 6 knockouts).
The fight took place in equal rounds, the meeting was quite competitive, but the judges unanimously awarded Knyba the victory: 78-74, 79-73 and 77-75.
Earlier, three Ukrainian boxers won a boxing evening in Latvia.
