The fight between Russian Zubaira Tukhugov and Brazilian Lucas Almeida in the featherweight division at UFC 280 has been canceled due to problems with weight cutting, according to the promotion’s website.
“Due to problems with weight cutting, the fight between Tukhugov and Almeida was canceled,” the UFC said in a statement.
Tukhugov in the UFC won five victories, lost two fights, one ended in a draw.
