Spence and Crawford Might Fight Next February
Fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion among undefeated Americans Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs) and Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) could happen next February.
This was reported by well-known journalist and insider Dan Rafael.
“According to the relevant source, the date for the Spence-Crawford fight is February 4 in Las Vegas if the deal is completed and the contract with Crawford is made.
This is a good date. The fight will take place a week before the Super Bowl. There will be no NFL game this weekend,” Rafael tweeted.
Don’t forget that Crawford will fight sometime, his opponent is David Avanesyan. Terence owns the WBO belt, Spence holds all other titles in this division (WBA, WBC and IBF).
Both boxers are in the top 5 of the world’s best boxers, regardless of their weight category, according to The Ring.
