A native of Dagestan, boxer Soslan Asbarov spoke about fights during his school days, noting that some people brought axes with them.

Ring magazine has published an updated ranking of the best boxers in the world, regardless of weight category. WBC, WBA and IBF champion Alexander Usik American Terence Crawford rose to first place after announcing his retirement.
