KRASYUK: Usyk will gain more from fighting Fury than fighting Joshua
supporter Alexander Krasyuk He said WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) will earn record fees in his fight against WBC title holder Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs).
“Definitely, the financial offer to fight Fury is more attractive than Joshua. This is obvious because there is always a dynamic scale in boxing. Every professional boxer who has signed a contract knows that if you win the first fight, you get a coefficient in the next fight, another coefficient after the fight. You’re fighting for the title of world champion – that kind of money, you’re fighting for the absolute champion – the money isn’t even disclosed in the contract, it’s not clear how much it might be.
As in the duel with Joshua, there will be fixed numbers here. “When all parties receive their clearly defined wages, the fixed figures and all proceeds from the implementation of the fight belong to the organizers who guarantee these figures,” he said.
Earlier, Alexander Krasyuk announced the dates of operation of the Usyk-Fury fight.
