Organizer: “Fury can fight Joshua instead of Usyk”
Organizer Eddie Hearn believes that after Derek Chisora, Tyson Fury may return to the option to fight Anthony Joshua, but everyone expects Fury to fight Oleksandr Usyk up front.
“Maybe Fury fights Joshua instead of Usyk. I won’t be surprised. This fight has to happen, it’s the biggest fight ever. It’s a legacy fight.”
“Fury keeps saying he thinks Joshua isn’t a boxer at all, but that’s not true. And he knows it’s a big fight. Let’s see what Tyson decides.”
“He has a fight ahead of him with Chisora and then with Usyk,” Hearn said.
Earlier it was reported that Fury would agree to a fight against Alexander Usyk in case of a victory over Derek Chisora.
